Easy Card Creator is a versatile application that can be used to create business cards, ID cards, badges and other types of identification media.
The program comes with a few different templates to create cards for different regions of the world, depending on printing standards. The main popup box upon launching Easy Card Creator will guide you to choose the proper card size format.
Among the templates included with Easy Card Creator are credit card or driver's license-sized ID cards that can be printed on PVC cards, standard business cards for mass printing, and various types of badges/cards for other uses.
Card size formats with Easy Card Creator include ISO 7810 ID-1standard plastic credit card-size, ISO 216, CR80, CR79 and oversized CR90 style ID cards common in European countries.
The program adds images, logos, text and shapes from the left-hand panel while the right-hand panel provides the tools to configure the elements on the card such as width, height, transparency, color, etc.
Though the program has its advantages, Easy Card Creator definitely isn't up to the standards of professional image editing software like Adobe Photoshop or GIMP. It does however provide a free and easy way to get started creating graphics for creating cards and other labels.
